I had a fantastic door fitted just before Christmas but not long after the Christmas period we noticed there was a mark on the chrome door handle. I contacted Paul, the Rep at Select Windows who said he would sort it and then heard nothing, my husband contacted Paul on further occasions but still nothing. This door was a lot of money so surely they would see the need to make sure that even the chrome handles were perfect at time of fitting. It seems there is nothing I can do about it now as they said it was past the date. I do not agree with this. It is a very expensive door so surely selling their product they woul'd want good feedback. I will not be using Select Windows again. Initially I would say they are good but the after service is also as important as fitting
